What We Need From You:

• Your Contact Info — name, phone, and service address
• Issue Description — what's wrong? (dent, crack, broken lid, wheel damage, etc.)
• Photo — attach an image of the damage so we can see what we're replacing
• When — did you discover this after your last pickup or before?

Damaged cans might be the result of rough handling during pickup, weathering, or normal wear. We'll get you a replacement ASAP — just let us know.
